Returns and refunds

RETURNS POLICY

Any item ordered on the website can be returned with our confirmation. You have 7 days from receiving your order to contact us if you need to return the item. You then have a further 7 days to return the product to us.

Conditions of return

Returned products must:

  • Be in their original condition
  • Have their original labels
  • Be accompanied by the original packaging and delivery note
  • Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn/unused or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us first by telephone or by email before you send the item back to us. If a return is sent to us without any prior communication with us, the return may be rejected.

You will then be asked for the reason for the return, the order number and the product reference(s).

Once we receive the item, we will first check that it is indeed in unused and original condition before we process your refund. Please allow 3-4 business days from when the item is received by us for your refund to process. Please bear in mind that the customs process for returned/re-imported goods in Indonesia can take some time, we'll keep you updated along the way.

Please keep in mind that personalized items with initials are not eligible for returns. Purchases made with a discount are also final and not eligible for returns. Items with additional services are also final and not eligible for returns.
