Placing an order on the website:
You can order items from our online store and have them delivered to the address of your choice.
To browse our online catalogue, use the navigation menu and choose an item category. If you are looking for a specific item, you can use the search engine at the top of your screen or the filters on our category pages.
If needed, our customer service department is available from Monday to Friday from 11am to 6pm and Saturday from 11am to 5pm to help you place your order online.

How to order an item on the website:
- On the website home page or on the category pages accessible from the navigation menu, click on the item of your choice to be redirected to its dedicated page.
- On the item’s dedicated page, select the colour and size. If you don’t know your size, there is a size guide available on the page to help you find it.
- Add the product to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.
- Once you have finished your shopping, click on the shopping cart at the top right of your screen and then click on “Proceed to checkout”.
- Enter your delivery information.
- Select your preferred method of delivery and payment
- Check that you have entered your details correctly, then click on the “Confirm payment” button.
- If you are paying by credit card, you will be asked to authorise your payment a second time before finalising your purchase. In this case, you will be asked to enter a code received by SMS or email or to approve your payment.
- Once your payment has been confirmed, a confirmation page will appear on your screen. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes containing all the details of your order. You will receive another email when your order is shipped.
Modifying or cancelling an order:
To make a request to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer service department. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that your order can be modified once it has been placed.

Tracking the delivery of items ordered on the website
Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a link allowing you to track your order on the carrier’s website.
